Lift

How it works

• Its platform rises while its colour's power is on, and comes back down when the power goes off.
• The track can point any way, and the platform stays level.
• Weight slows it, and too much weight stalls it. An anvil is too heavy for it.
• It stops dead at the ends, so a light load carried on it may fly on.
• It carries what stands on its platform, even a pin: the only fixed part that rides along.

Tips

• Use the stop at the top to toss light things.
• A heavy weight that lands on a raised platform can drive it back down.

You first meet it in level 142, Through the Roof, in chapter 15, Warp Zone.
