Goal: First light the bulb, then ring the bell.

A bell and a basket sit at the top left, a bulb waits on a small shelf, steel balls dangle from ropes near a candle, and an anvil hangs over a scale with a tennis ball beside it. Light the bulb first, then ring the bell.
