Chapter 7, Cold Snap
Ice Slab
A slab of ice with no grip at all: things slide right across it. Turn it to make a slope.
How it works
- It is a fixed slab with no grip at all. Things slide straight across it.
- Even a gentle slope sends crates, anvils and ice cubes sliding.
- Slabs laid end to end make a smooth floor, and things glide across the joins.
- A ball slid onto wood loses a lot of speed, because it has to start spinning.
Tips
- Even a very shallow tilt makes things slide.
- Dominoes slide as well as tip on ice, so long chains there are not reliable.
Where you'll meet it
You first meet it in level 61, First Frost, in chapter 7, Cold Snap.
