Laser
Fires a beam that stops at the first solid thing. It activates light sensors, burns ropes and pops balloons.
How it works
- It fires a beam that stops at the first solid thing in its way, including walls, the floor, any part and moving things.
- Where it stops, it pops balloons, melts ice cubes, lights sensors, and sets off rockets, powder kegs and unlit candles. It lights any fuse it crosses on the way. It never pushes anything.
- Water, glass and ropes do not block it, but it burns any rope it crosses.
- While you build, a faint dashed line shows where the beam will go (not in Expert mode, which hides the build aids).
Tips
- Use the dashed preview line to aim before you press Run.
- Beams burn every rope they cross, even ones the contraption still needs.
