The Domino as it looks in the game
Chapter 1, Getting Rolling

Domino

A tall, thin tile that tips over when something hits it, knocking the next one in a row.

How it works

  • It stands on end. Anything that hits it tips it over in the direction it was pushed.
  • A falling domino knocks the next one, so a row of them makes a chain reaction.
  • A domino has to be set down on level footing. It will not stay up over an edge or a step.
  • From the tray it turns only in steps: upright, on its side, or upside down.

Tips

  • Space dominoes so that each one's fall reaches the next.
  • Dominoes slide as well as tip, so long chains on ice are not reliable.

Where you'll meet it

You first meet it in level 2, Domino Dash, in chapter 1, Getting Rolling.
