Inverting Valve

How it works

• It works the other way round from a Steam Valve: open from the start, and shut while its power colour is on.
• Shut, it holds the steam back behind it. When the power goes off again, it opens and lets the steam out.
• It fits on a Steam Boiler's outlet or between two pipes, like a Steam Valve.

Tips

• Open from the start, it lets steam out as it boils until its colour comes on.
• Check its colour: it shuts while that colour's power is on, and only then.

Where you'll meet it

You first meet it in level 201, Let Off Steam, in the bonus chapter, Full Steam Ahead, which opens once all 200 levels are solved. Its steam parts join the sandbox then too.
