202.Second Wind

Locked in the game until all 200 levels of chapters 1–20 are solved. Then the bonus chapter opens, and its steam parts join the sandbox.

Goal: First get the basketball on the ice into the basket, then ring the bell with the one hanging over the slope.

Ice slabs form a long slope beneath two basketballs hanging from ropes, with a steam boiler at one end and a bell at the other. First the basket, then the bell, and there's a budget to stay within.
